The short version

Why the relaunch starts small.

Founder-run. Hexane Hosting previously operated as a small game-server host and is relaunching with one server and a deliberately small first cohort. The first attempt taught a plain lesson: nobody trusts a host they cannot understand. So this relaunch starts with a small cohort of up to 12 paid accounts, publishes exactly what each plan gets, and grows only when the numbers and the support load say it should.

The founder also runs a Garry's Mod community project on the same machine, which is why the panel, backups, and restart schedules here are things we use ourselves every week.

The machine

One server, described plainly.

Processor
AMD Ryzen 9 9900X, 12 cores and 24 threads.
Memory
192 GB DDR5. We sell only part of it and keep a measured reserve for the system and our own workloads.
Storage
Two NVMe drives: one for the system and panel, one for game server data. No RAID and no offsite replication yet, so we say so, and backups live on this machine rather than somewhere else.
Location
Miami, Florida, in a ReliableSite facility. Verified on 2026-09-15 by inspecting the server itself.

  • 24/7 staffed support. Support is founder-run, and the published hours are the honest ones.
  • An uptime percentage. We will publish measured history once we have it, not a marketing number.
  • Unlimited anything. Memory, CPU, disk, and backups are all stated limits.
